Shipping Policy

  • Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. The earliest delivery date will always take priority. Most orders are processed within 5 business days of order being placed. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS shipping times apply.

  • UPS Ground is used for shipping, unless you have made other arrangements with Karla With a K. Call 323-394-1193 to make special arrangements, i. e., USPS shipping for Hawaii orders.

  • Customer pays all shipping charges.

  • Customer pays CA sales tax, ONLY when product is shipped within California.

  • If for some reason, the SHIPPING CHARGE or SALES TAX do not calculate when order is placed online, reserves the right to follow up with a phone call and process SHIPPING CHARGES or SALES TAX manually, before shipping merchandise.

  • UPS Ground shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver your order, once it is shipped.

  • will ship to street addresses in the 50 US states and Canada, as well as most countries worldwide. Please keep in mind that (United States Postal Service) USPS is available for shipping ONLY to Hawaii and Alaska. According to UPS shipping policy, shipment to areas outside of the continental U. S. (i. e., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada) may take longer than the calculated delivery time.


    Additional shipping charges apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges that are not reflected automatically when you order. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Shipping may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in shipping charges. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas, depending on weight. International orders are subject to fees for customs, duties, taxes and documentation, which are customer responsibility.


    • NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES or MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. CALL 323-394-1193 and provide your NAME and reason for RETURN. A RETURN UPS LABEL MAY BE EMAILED TO YOU depending on the circumstances.
    • If you would like to EXCHANGE merchandise, the following conditions apply:

      1. Customer must notify by e-mail at or by CALLING 323-394-1193, within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

      2. Product must be returned with delivery confirmation and reshipping charges paid by customer, unless otherwise established.

      3. No CREDITS or REFUNDS for RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer).

      4. Return your package insured and postage paid. You will be responsible for reshipping charges if you request that we replace or exchange an item. NO CREDITS or EXCHANGES FOR any MERCHANDISE MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
